Welcoming New Patients in Ajax and Durham Region

Duffins Creek Dental has cared for families in Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, and across Durham Region since 2017. We’re currently welcoming new patients of all ages.

We accept most major Canadian dental insurance plans and bill insurers directly. Payment plans are available for patients who need extensive dental work. We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit, and cash. 

Your First Visit

Please arrive at least 15 minutes earlier to fill out necessary paperwork. Please provide us with your insurance information, if applicable. We'll review three important areas with you during your first visit so that you will have a clear understanding of your dental needs, unless you have a specific concern that you need addressed immediately. For minors, no treatment can be commenced without a parent or guardian present.

  • Your Medical and Dental Care History: Please bring a list of your medications, if applicable.
  • A Complete Oral Exam with X-rays: We'll perform a complete oral exam, including X-rays to give us a picture of your current dental health and aid us in diagnosing your dental needs.
  • A Treatment Plan: We'll prepare treatment recommendations for your total oral health based on our exam
